Refund policy
We do not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds as this is a fresh product and we package all of our coffee fresh to order. If the bag of coffee is an error on our part, we’ll replace it for the correct order.
Should your order be damaged or is faulty at the time of delivery, please email hello@tumblecoffeeroasters.com.au at the time of receipt with a photo of the damaged goods. We will replace these items free of charge. If the product is no longer available and we can not provide a suitable replacement, we will provide a refund for your order.
