Shipping policy

We aim to pack and ship your order within 24 hours of it being placed during our business hours Monday to Friday.  During high volume times there is a possibility your order may take an extra day to be processed. We cannot put orders on hold, please make your purchase when you are ready to receive it.

Parcel Post Delivery: 3 - 5 business days for metro areas + 2 days for regional and rural.
Express Post Delivery: 1 - 2 business days for metro areas + 2 days for regional and rural.

Please note that dispatch of orders may take additional time to process during peak promotional periods.
